An Offer In Compromise

Posted on April 25, 2013

An Offer in Compromise is where you cut a deal with the IRS and pay less than what you owe.  In a recent case, our client’s liability was over $97,000.00.  We successfully negotiated an Offer in Compromise  with the IRS and reduced this liability to a little more than $24,000.00, resulting in a savings of about $72,000.00 and a 75% reduction!  While working for the IRS, attorney Patrick Sheehan was in charge of accepting or rejecting every Offer in Compromise at the District Counsel level and applies this knowledge

experience to resolve cases with the IRS.  If you have unpaid liability due to the IRS that you can never repay, call Patrick T. Sheehan & Associates. We can help.
