Teresa L. Wittmer graduated from Washington University – Olin Business School in 1991 with a BS in Business Administration and Accounting, obtained her CPA certificate in 1991, and obtained her Juris Doctorate from the Loyola University Chicago School of Law in 2000.Her background includes working as a Tax and Legal Advisor,  litigation and tax preparation. She is  very active in her community. Teresa has been with IRS Trouble Solvers since May, 2019.
