The IRS levied on a bank account belonging to a landscape company and froze over $19,000.00 in that account. Landscape businesses are seasonal and are just starting to operate as spring arrives. With no money, the business could not operate, let alone make payroll. The IRS was about to put the company out of business. The owner of the landscape business hired us on Monday and by Tuesday afternoon, attorney Raymond Gaynor got the levy fully released. The business owner is thrilled that he can stay in business while we continue to address his IRS problems. We are now working towards a payment agreement with the IRS. If you have unpaid personal or business liability due to the IRS, call us, we can help.
