In California, the State’s Franchise Tax Board is required to post a list of the 500 top delinquent California taxpayers at least twice annually. On the list in 2018 was actress Tori Spelling and her husband ($282,654.92), singer Macy Gray ($240,990.74), rapper Xzibit ($231,579.03) and Motown songwriter Lamont Dozier ($3.6 million). The dollar range owed by the top 500 delinquent California taxpayers ranged from a low of $192,485.69 to a high of $266 million.
