File Your W-2 and W-3

Posted on April 25, 2013

If your business has employees you are required to timely file Forms W-2 and W-3 with the IRS and the Social Security Administration each year.  If you do not file them or do not file them on time you are subject to penalties. One of our business clients was hit with penalties by the IRS for not filing their Forms W-2 and W-3.  We successfully negotiated the abatement of these penalties and saved over $17,000.00 for our client.  If the IRS has assessed penalties against your or your business, you may be entitled to relief. Call Patrick T. Sheehan & Associates regarding your IRS problem.  We can help.
