Our business owner client failed to pay the 941 employment taxes related to the employees he has in his business. He also ignored the IRS Revenue Officer that sent letters, called him on the phone and even visited the business. When we were hired, the IRS Revenue Officer was madder than a hornet, and with good reason, and threatened to shut the business down. We were able to calm the IRS down and negotiated an installment agreement with the Revenue Officer. We are happy to report that our client is now back on track.
