I Was Ashamed, Fearful and Confused

I was ashamed when I met you for my first interview- and fearful, as well as confused. As I may have said, I do not have a left-brain (figure of speech here); I process things differently than many people and am easily confused.

From the moment I first I met you I found you warm and friendly, which helped me relax. And, at the same time you were brisk, efficient, high energy and focused. You gave me the time I needed to answer my questions. You were patient with my poor record-keeping. All of these qualities were what I needed in that little chapter in my life.
