I Was Confused and Upset And Did Not Know Where to Turn

Dear Mr. Rush,

In response to your closing letter, I am writing to tell you how grateful I am for the professional manner in which you handled my tax problems.

About a year ago, I was being bomb-barded with letters and phone calls from various firms claiming to solve my tax situation. All of this, of course, caused by the IRS filing a Federal Tax Lien in respect of this liability. The offers were endless and ruthless. I was confused and upset and did not know where to turn.

The persons that I talked to at all the other
