Four Year Tax Dilemma

Just a brief note thanking Rob Rush from Sheehan and Associates for helping us to resolve our four year tax dilemma. Prior to meeting with Mr. Rush I had discussed my dilemma with another tax agency and was extremely anxious after leaving that agency. Thought I was meeting with a CPA only to find out that he was a financial accountant that: could not answer all my questions; game me no assurance that my dilemma would be resolved; stated it would cost me several thousands of dollars to resolve; claim to take a couple of years to possibly resolve; and worst of all could not give me a set or approximate amount as to how much the agency services would cost me! Needless to say I left that agency feeling as if my issue would be impossible to resolve.

Searched for another agency and came upon Sheehan and Associates. Within 24 hours of speaking with him over the phone I was able to meet him. I found Mr. Rush to be very clear and concise as to what steps needed to be taken in order to resolve my tax issues as well explained tax laws. I left his office feeling very assured that I had taken the correct steps in taking my case to Sheehan and Associates and that my nightmare would soon be over. Mr. Rush would call and inform me of the status of the case and took the time to call up and follow up on any questions or discuss any incoming mail that I received from the IRS. Once again, thank you Rob for helping my husband and in dealing with our four year tax dilemma and giving us piece of mind throughout the process. I would highly recommend Mr. Rush and Sheehan and Associates to anyone who is dealing with the IRS!
