I Now Have a Plan of Action in Place

Dear Mr. Sheehan,

I am writing to let you know how pleased I was with my recent experience with your firm. I originally contacted your company to assist me with my past due federal tax liabilities. When I called, I was directed to Robert Rush. Form the very beginning of my discussions with Rob, he was helpful, informative and extremely easy to speak to.

As you can imagine, I was nervous about my tax situation and I had never dealt with a law firm before. Rob was very thorough in discussing what my options were, what your firm could do for me, and what the ramifications would be for the various courses of action I had to choose from.

Rob did exactly what he said he would do when he said he would do it. He was very responsive when I had questions, and returned all my calls and e-mails in a timely fashion.

I am thankful that I now have a plan of action in place to take care of my tax situation that has been approved by the IRS. I doubt I could have accomplished this without Rob’s expertise and assistance.
