Today we honor John Quigley as the recipient of the Elmhurst Jaycees 61st Distinguished Service Award (DSA), held tonight at the Diplomat West Banquet Hall. The DSA is awarded annually to a person in the community and is nominated by the community for the outstanding service that they provide. Quigley was born, raised and educated in Elmhurst, and has worked in Elmhurst most of his life.
