Trying To Negotiate With The IRS Directly Was Extremely Frustrating

It is with great relief that I write to thank you for all your help settling

our IRS tax debt. When we first received the notice from the IRS informing

us that we made a huge mistake in filing our 2008 taxes, we tried to

negotiate with the IRS directly. These communications were not only very

time consuming but extremely frustrating. It gave us many, many sleepless

nights.

We reached out to you 18 months ago and immediately understood that this was

a wise decision. From day one, you gave us peace of mind. You were

always patient, thorough in your explanations and step by step, you gave us

the reassurance we needed to believe there was a light at the end of this

dark tunnel.

We also want to thank you for your guidance with our present and future tax

filings. Hopefully, we will never be in this position again. However, if
