Unfiled Tax Returns Or Unpaid Liability

On April 2, 2012, an Atlanta man was convicted by a federal judge of eight counts of failing to pay over $800,000.00 in payroll taxes and for failing to file his personal income tax returns for 2004 and 2005. On the payroll tax counts he faces a maximum sentence of five years in prison and a fine of $10,000.00 per count.
